SIDE BY SIDE, 2023

selected - Bulgarian Triennial for Mini Textiles Sofia BULGARIA

Side by Side highlights the extraordinary bravery of five individuals from diverse countries and religious backgrounds who risked their lives to save Jewish men, women and children from the horrors of deportation to extermination camps during the Holocaust. Their profound connection with the Jewish community stands as an extraordinary testament of courage in an era marked by the prevailing indifference and hostility of mainstream society towards Jewish people.
